QueerClick. Now that is a site I remember from back in the day, It used to be my go-to stop for all the latest news in the gay porn industry. In my day, gay porn blogs were all the rage. Before we were spoiled with fancy HD streaming tubes and 4k videos, we had to read articles and look at galleries. Hey, it worked for us. Nowadays, we seem spoiled with all the content at our fingertips, I’m not sure galleries fill that void in our lives any more. Still, there seems to be a market for it. Queerclick has stood the test of time, and is still churning out brand-new articles on a daily basis. Someone must be reading it, me included. 

Nowadays, these blogs have evolved. You will get various titbits of clips, but none of the full length scenes some of you crave. I do find it nice to sit down and read some nice articles, whether it’s a long-winded interview with an up-and-coming gay pornstar, or a nice review of a blockbuster scene from the latest studio. You can tell the author of these articles are very passionate in what they do, and it really shows. 

The first thing I noticed when I landed on queerclick.com was not the gorgeous men, don’t worry, I definitely came to notice that but the insane quality of the featured images. Usually blogs will give you crappy screenshotted images of a scene, but oh no, not this blog. The quality of the images were almost 4k like, I could see the stubble around the guy’s cock, it was that clear. Honestly, I have no idea how they managed to get images looking this good. I suppose they have to make up for the lack of video content somehow, and they certainly delivered in this case. 

Every Article Usually Has Free Galleries

So what sort of guys features here? Well, pretty much all sorts from all walks of life and all shapes and sizes. So everyone can be satisfied here, I do notice is does lean towards the hunky twink type, but maybe because that’s what’s most popular at the moment. Quite a nifty feature if you ask me, and would be nice if other sites did something similar. 

Lastly, they seem to feature no amateur content at all. If you’re looking for homemade pictures and videos, then you are shit out of luck here. Queerclick features the best of the best of the professional porn side of things, which I don’t mind. That way they don’t skimp out on the quality, and aren’t prone to people suing them over unlawful uses of their images. 

No categories or advanced browsing options

Unfortunately, QueerClick is a pain to navigate. The site has been around for years, I would love to navigate the vast archives they must have collected. Usually sites have a large category list for you to browse, but there isn’t any of that here. Each blog is categorised, but I would love for the categories to be contained on the sidebar for ease of use. They have a search bar, but really, who uses them nowadays? I know I don’t. Not unless I’m searching for a specific scene, but they have no scenes here, so it feels a bit redundant. 

What the sidebar does contain is links to various other sites and studios. If you’re new to this, and ill be surprised if you are, then these sites are mainly affiliate links. That means that if you sign up to a premium membership on these sites, then queerclick will get a percentage of that. This help pays the site bills, and luckily queerclick is not littered with annoying spam ads or popups. The sites on the left are big studios such as carnal, masqulin and many others. These are high quality pay sites, which provide you with big budget sex scenes, they are well worth the money in my opinion. In regard to design, the simplicity is what I like. No fancy thrills or useless features here. The site is plain and simple, although did cause a bit of an eye strain. I would have preferred a dark version, but we can’t have it all, can we? It’s very easy and simple to browse on my mobile, which I like. So I get to see these great HD quality picture galleries from the comfort of my mobile. 

Queerclick has its own store

You know you’ve made the big time and built a big enough brand, when you have your very own store. I was quite intrigued to what they sell, and was surprised when I noticed they sell all sorts of stuff. From male sex enhancements to the latest DVD’s. I was expecting cheap knock-off shirts, but none of that stuff here. They sell cock rings and very large dildos of all shapes and sizes, and colours. 

They have thousands upon thousands of DVD’s and VOD’s. You can pay per minute, or buy each scene individually. Pay per minute works out cheaper, but if you buy the scene then you have that one scene forever, for you to stream and download. The quality varies from 1080p and 4k, and the price differs depending on the studio or the scene. Of course, you can buy the whole DVD, but that will cost you a pretty penny. I much like buying each scene individually, based on the screenshots available. If I like that, then I may consider buying the whole thing.

So at the end of the day, QueerClick is an aged free gay porn blog. Packed full of hunky guys from all walks of life, beautiful stunning images and great articles. One of the downsides I didn’t mention is that there’s no way to download the images, you can always right-click on each image and save that way, but that’s such an effort. You can tell that the authors put a lot of passion into each article, which is probably why It’s stood the test of time. Sure, I would love to be able to browse their vast archives of articles, but maybe that is something you can implement in the future.

I would highly recommend queerclick if you’re into gay porn blogs, if it doesn’t hit the spot, I have reviewed many other blogs which may tickle your fancy. Generally though, if you’re looking for videos and full length scenes, you may be better visiting tube sites. If you’re looking for hot guy pictures and carefully crafted articles, queerclick should be all you need.
