I get it, this site looks exactly like all the other sites you’ve reviewed. You do have a point, it does. This site is dedicated exclusive to twinks and gay boys, sure they have other sections which I will go over. The name should give the game away, this is totally dedicated to teen gay boys, with tons of porn and best of all, it’s completely free. When the site started, I remember it had a mixture of older porn, professional videos etc. It seems they have changed strategy and embraced the site name, and I can see now it fully focuses on gay boy porn. Who names a site boy18tube, then has models that are ancient? No offence to the older guys reading this, but when you visit a site with a name like this, you’d fully expect to be getting only twinks!

The very first video I saw was called “Two twinks use fleshlight” was insanely hot, you could tell these two boys never used a flesh light in their life, so it was very hot watching them try it out. One of the boys struggled to keep hard, but once they stopped fucking around with the flesh light and got into the real action, then he sprung up like he just took a Viagra. It was a very hot experience, and nice to see people experiment more. This is not something you often see, so it was nice to see sites break the mould and experiment more with outside the box content. 

I’ve seen a lot of basic videos on the site, so it’s nice to get something a bit different. For instance, there was another video which contained a hot emo boy, with nice jet black hair with a great fringe that even a woman would be proud of. Anyway, I shouldn’t have been fooled by his innocent looks, that boy could put a shift in. I also stumbled across sissy, BSDM and all sorts of other videos. So if you’re looking for something more specific, then I have no doubts that you will find it here. 

I know I mentioned that the site focuses purely on twinks, but I did see some older guys featured in some of the videos. There was one video of an older guy dressed as a policeman who pulled up a naughty twink who was obviously speeding, and of course he didn’t have enough cash to pay for the ticket, and I think we can all guess what happened next, can’t we? I don’t mind videos of the older guys, especially when they are involved with the twinks, but when I’m browsing a site like this, I need to see mainly twink on twink action. There was also another video I saw where an older guy had a twink tied up, and was doing some crazy BDSM shit. Don’t worry, this was all above board and looked like a professionally shot video from a main studio.

The quality of the videos leave a lot to be desired, I’m afraid. There are a lot of 2 minute clips, which are basically promotional material given out by the big studios to promote their sites. So when it comes to the money shot, you will be left with big blue balls. The actual video quality can be quite tragic as well, I saw a lot of videos in 480p and very few full 1080p videos, which is a damn shame. When webcam videos have better quality than your main content, you have a problem. I noticed that some of the thumbnails were very grainy, and pixelated, which isn’t a great sign for the quality of the video. One of the thumbnails made it look like the video was filmed on a camcorder, but when I clicked the actual video it was in better quality than the thumbnail, so I have no idea what’s going on there. You will just have to see for yourself. 

The site’s design feels dated

I’m not sure how old boy18tube.com is, I think maybe 5–6 years old. However, judging from the site design, it looks like it was created at the turn of the century. It’s so plain and boring, and the colour pallet is just awful. I’ve never seen a site with a brown colour like this, not that you really notice it when you’re watching porn, but whoever thought that this colour was fine needs to be fired. Luckily, though, it loads quite well on desktop and on mobile, and I had no issues with it at all. There was one annoying pop-up in the bottom right-hand corner, which starts auto muted, so your ears are not blown off. You can quickly close this yourself, or it closes itself after 10 seconds. I didn’t mind that too much, It’s when they start popping up left right and centre, that’s when I have a problem. 

There is a distinct lack of filtering options, I mean what year is this? There is no recently uploaded, highest rated or longest video option. This should come standard with sites nowadays and it’s totally missing. What a damn shame. I’m not expecting you to split the atom, I just want to be able to do the basic filtering. Sure, they have a ton of categories which are easily browsed from the sidebar, and they do have a channel section at the top, but It would have been nice to be able to sort videos on the fly. 

Speaking of categories, they do have quite a large selection. Everything from cartoon, amateur all the way to threesome. I will quite impress by the diverse nature of the categories to be fair, and I was struggling to think of any they missed, so they did a pretty good job in that regard. If you want to be really picky and find sub niches to the main ones, then you are on your own, and you will have to do the searching yourself using the search bar at the top. If you’re computer savvy then finding what you want should be an easy feat, but to be honest I nearly blew my load after viewing the first video I saw on the main page, so maybe you don’t need to go digging around like a detective. 

There are two headings on the nav bar named “Channels” and “Pornstars”. Now for you who don’t know this sort of stuff, the channels are sub categories which are basically lists of videos from various big studios like cockboys, titanmen etc. I found this feature useless as most of the videos contained by them are short promotional clips, which only tease you a little and let’s be honest, no one’s ever in the mood to be teased. The Pornstar list was quite impressive actually, I was surprised but again the quality of said videos were poor and there wasn’t much OnlyFans content from them models. However, there wasn’t a pornstar that I couldn’t find, but a lot of the models only had one or two videos in the category and then a few had a few hundred, so it wasn’t really distributed too well.  

There are also tabs on the navbar which lead to blatant ads, such as the games and cams section. However, compared to other sites my ad blocker stopped these tabs from opening which is never a good sign. The URL’s looked weird aswell, not a normal URL but maybe that’s just the sceptical nature in me. Normally, these cam sites open in a new tab, but my ad blocker said “nope” and blocked them from opening. I wasn’t about to turn it off to test what these are, so please use your own discretion. 

Is it worth visiting?

I may have sounded a little harsh during times in this review. That was however born out of frustration. The site has so much potential but is let down by the basic things and the god awful design. I seriously can’t get over the colour of boy18tube, no one in the history of the internet has willingly coloured a site shit brown. I must admit, though, the videos are completely free and there is a lot of them to go round, so I can’t judge too much. Yes, I do wish the quality of the videos could be a little better, especially the length of some of them, and I wish it had more filtering options. I guess every site has its pros and cons, and you have to weigh them up yourself. If you’re after watching hot twink boy videos, then this is a solid site to visit, and I would encourage you to do so. Boy18tube.com really is one of the big sites in the niche.
